I’m Nicole, and I’ve always loved drawing. As long as I can remember, pencils and paints have been my best friends. I love experimenting with different styles, from realism to abstraction, because for me, every drawing is a way to express my thoughts and feelings. I draw not only in my free time but also often use it as a way to relax and escape from everyday worries. I’ve exhibited my work at school exhibitions and even started sharing them on social media, and it’s nice to see that people enjoy what I create. My friend Melissa is completely different, but just as determined. She’s been in love with soccer since she was a and is always on the move. I often see her training or heading to a match, and I’m really impressed by her dedication. Although I’m not really into sports, I always enjoy hearing her stories about games and practices. Melissa is always there to support me when I’m working on new artwork, and I, in turn, cheer her on when she’s playing on the field. We’re different, but we’re friends because we understand each other despite our differences. We always help each other move forward, whether it’s with soccer or art.
